Online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Efficacious
In a recent publication in Frontiers Psychiatry, researchers conducted a nonrandomized, controlled study to compare the efficacy of a therapist-supported, online/electronically cognitive behavioral therapy program to in-person therapy in individuals diagnosed with major depressive disorder. This study revealed both in-person and online/electronically cognitive behavioral therapy produced meaningful improvements in depressive symptoms and quality of life. Read more.
