Monitoring Prescribing of DOACs After Initial Prescription

Antiretroviral Drug Abacavir Found to Elevate CV Event Risk

The risk of major adverse cardiovascular (CV) events is increased by HIV patients treated with abacavir but no other antiretroviral drugs, according to a presentation at the 2024 International AIDS Conference in Munich, Germany.
